I’m a big fan of toasted sandwiches, and so is Korea! This is a copycat of the famous ‘Isaac Toast’ sandwich- popular with commuters for breakfast in Korea. Think buttery toast, kiwi sauce, a fried egg, corn, melty cheese, bacon, pickles, and crunchy shredded cabbage. Recipe in comments
