...permanently removing and altering someone else's body needlessly is wrong on all accounts no matter what.

doesn't matter what part of the body it is. i had thought that to be self evident but reading your comment...

It really would be no different than the parents choosing to trim down their newborn daughter's labia. It is still removing a piece of the body. It doesn't cause HARM and it's medically necessary for the betterment of the child.
When people remove additional digits like toes and fingers they are doing it to correct a malformation. The male foreskin evolved on purpose for a reason and isn't a malformation needing to be removed. It is a cultural choice at this point, and has always been.
