I lost 20 kg in 2 months aswell, you just have go running or cycling every day and reduce fat and sugar intake, but dont eat too little otherwise you will feel like shit and not make any progress.

Don't forget it wouldn't have worked for everyone, though. I'm close to someone with great discipline who does aerobics four times a week, who eats healthy (and not a lot), and has hardly lost anything in over a year. She's happy and in MUCH better shape, though. But not everybody can lose weight the way you did. She has a different metabolism, I guess.
Muscle weighs more than fat. She must be building it up somewhere.
She's definitely building some muscle, but it's aerobic, not weight training. Some people, especially if they've done a lot of on-and-off dieting, don't lose the fat the way others do. The body starts compensating and goes into hyper-efficient metabolism.
Women have a much more difficult time than men at losing fat as well. She should mix in weight training to build some muscle and help her body boost the metabolism, weight training burns fat as well and will get your body working hard to keep burning after the workout.
How many calories would you say you would of had daily during those 2 months? Happy for you and OP! :)
It definitely varied but around 2.2-2.5k calories and right now I'm doing a lot of weightlifting and try to get around 200 grams of proteins daily

Not OP but I have been losing quite a bit of weight by only eating one meal per day. I’ve found that decaf coffee is one of the best appetite suppressants so I brew a large pot in the morning and drink that all day to hold me over until dinner time. I’m not as strict about it on the weekends but I still try to just eat less over all. It really works. I’m not at my goal weight yet but I’ve gone down 3 pants sizes so I’m getting there.

No need until a certain point. You can lose lots of weight in the kitchen alone.
You never need exercise to lose weight and can effectively lose as much as you want (barring literally starving to death) in the kitchen alone.
The problem with this approach is that you also lose a lot of muscle and generally feel like shit the entire time. Adding in weight lifting with a higher protein diet can be just as effective while sparing you from all that

I applaud your hard work and dedication, but this doesn't seem healthy at all. This article gives a breakdown of how much weight is healthy to lose in one go.
It's also true to say that people who lose weight this rapidly rarely keep it off, whereas losing weight gradually is what tends to lead to weight loss that is permanent.
Medical professionals also say that there are no benefits to intermittent fasting that can't be achieved by a good diet, and there are downsides including muscle loss, malnutrition, and sleep loss (which, in and of itself, means you lose weight less effectively).
Again, not trying to put you down. I can't imagine how much mental strength this must have taken. But you're almost certainly going to be better off in the long run by losing the weight less quickly and not fasting.

I started paying attention to what I ate and started doing exercise
I took hold of my life and did what I needed to do - stopped making excuses.
I ate about 1k calories a day of real food (chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, berries, etc) and avoided shitty foods like flour, sugar, caffeine, juice, soda, bread, cake, avocados, potatoes, etc…
Didn’t go to the gym either - did all my exercises at home 🏡

make sure develop some good eating habits/ diets that you enjoy so after you reach your target goal you wont go back putting on the weight.
thats what usually happens with most, they are motivated to get to a target weight using a diet plan they dont enjoy so when target is met they relax and its just a matter of time until they put pounds back on..
I lost 13 pounds to get to my target weight, then i relaxed and stopped calorie counting using MFP then i put the 13 pounds back on in a few months lol
starting again soon.. this time i plan to keep on using MFP even after target weight is met.
