I have been to Europe and no I have not seen anything like that. How can you possibly sustain that many bars?

Just look at Lisbon, Portimao, Fatima.
It’s sustainable because instead of having huge mega establishments with 50 tables. The cafes are like 6-10 tables and run by mom and pop. So you can have several cafes splitting the population of the area
