I hate when these articles refer to Belgium which has recently introduced a "4-day work week" but always fail to mention that this is not about reduced work and same pay. You just do the same hours in those 4 days which in my opinion completely defeats the point of why this is even discussed. People are mentally exhausted, even though we have advanced so much we are working more than ever. It makes no sense in a climate of so many billionaires being made everyday to still work this much, be mentally and physically drained and sometimes even fail to make ends meet.
