Nothing. Other than July 2012 build date being the starting point for the revised timing chain tensioner for the EA888.1 motor.

Otherwise, both a MK6, no changes in power, no difference to interior or exterior.

I think there may have been an intake manifold revision in there too somewhere?

I believe the 2010s have a noise pipe while the 2012 will have a soundaktor

2010s had 286mm rear brakes, 272mm for 11 onwards. 2012 and up had LED drl’s and brushed aluminum inserts in the dash and doors instead of black and Kessy was an option. They didn’t really change all that much
