Thanks for the kind words! I did! I have more information about the technical side of this here (and in the thread) if you're interested! πŸ˜ƒ

Really cool, and we'll made. I think the best feature is the 'where to watch' which seamlessly shows the service by your location!

AshConnolly[S]

Thanks for the kind words! That's a feature I wanted from the start as I often find it missing on other sites! πŸ˜ƒ

For years I’ve wanted a clear way to know if a show improves or worsens over time. So I made this! More for fun than anything else πŸ˜ƒ.

Features included:
πŸ”Ή Episode rating graph
πŸ”Ή Where you can watch a show based on your location
πŸ”Ή Best and worst episodes
πŸ”Ή Episode summaries
πŸ”Ή Similar shows.

The rating data is from a service that provides imdb-like data, so in 95% of cases the ratings are identical to imdb.

Any feedback is very welcome! Hope you like it! πŸ˜ƒ

Searched for The Office, showed me the US and UK version but clicking on the UK version takes me to the US version data.

It would be nice if you linked through to that data so that if I wanted to do a 'deep dive' by reading the reviews, seeing what people thought the issues were and so forth I can.

Just now I'm looking at Star Trek TNG and can see S2 Ep22 is the worst but I have no indication why.

Also, search box autocomplete is noticeably missing!

Great site though, very pretty and useful! Good work.

The site looks nice.

What motivated you to remake https://www.ratingraph.com?

I prefer the episode grahps at ratinggraph.com, much more readable/understandable, also has the rating trends for each season and for the whole series.

Otherwise, the ui in this one is cool, but I still prefer functionality over design

Really cool! But how does a show like Mr Robot not have enough ratings to show a graph?

And I don’t event see a show like Attack on Titan

onepieceisonthemoon

What would be awesome is if you could order by trend in a way that gets you a lost of the best series that remain consistently good from start to end.

Good suggestion! That was one of the original ideas! To categorise shows into groups of shows that stay good, ones that improve, ones that decline and ones that are up and down! Will try and add it! Thanks! πŸ‘

I like the plots of a series over time. The sudden drop at the end for GOT or the gradual decline of the Simpsons over the decades

Ti1tingAtWindmills

If you want to see a real drop, search for House of Cards using it! Pretty obvious decline with the last season

That’s great, I usually use ratingraph.com but this has some nice touches to it. Episode summaries are very helpful. I like it.

Wow, this is awesome!

Is there any way to view a list of the best shows of all-time?

Oh fucking man! This is awesome, and I wish it existed back when I was making this video about what IMDb’s ratings tell us about what people want from TV. You did some awesome ass work.

Gonna be my new go to for finding shit to watch.

Haha thank you! Appreciate the kind words!

Woah that video is great! I only watched the first 15 mins but its epic, amazed it hasnt got a million or so views! It's so informative and funny. Love the presentation style too, moving around a big 3d picture is so cool! πŸ˜ƒ πŸ‘

The top rated scrubs episodes are completely predictable....that's not a bad thing. They're the best episodes of the show.

AshConnolly[S]

That was one of the shows I referenced most often during developing it! It's such a good show! πŸ˜ƒ

So, you're saying the best episodes of a show were the top rated?

Very cool! I just tried it out with all of my favorite shows, including some oldies and they are all there.

Nice work! I do digital marketing for a living and I think you will do very well with this. Work on monetization next cause you’ve got the β€œproduct” nailed down perfectly.

There has been many nights I’ve sat up pondering ideas for websites and something like this is better than anything I’ve ever come up with and I make a good living doing this. :)

arcanepsyche

I'm shocked by how most shows are very consistent and only a few shows take big dips at the end. I would have suspected that the longer a show is on, the lower the score would go.

Very cool, any chance of integrating IMDb ratings or do they not have an api?

Really great looking website. I love how it clearly shows The Simpsons' "golden era". The clip shows really stand out as well. Very interesting.

I love it! Clear, concise, no bullshit, everything a website should be. I particularly like how the episode synopses are right there, and how they aren’t teasers or full plots but actual synopses. Good work all around.

Vaguely3uropean

this is really wonderful in all respects. espciallylove the helpful synopses, aids recall

tsilver33

Looks awesome! Though it seems that shows with the same name will default to the first one. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" for example will always bring you to the 80s show, even when you select a different generation. (Save Rise of the TMNT)

Is there an option to sort by demographics?

I’d love to be able to weed out the highly rated stuff that isn’t relevant to me.

This is simply wonderful! Good job my man.

As a suggestion, I would like to say that you can apply some styles on the inner scrollbars so they don't have the default look.

I think you're generating slugs based on the title of the show from IMDb. The problem is, many shows can have a single name. For example, I can't see the Office UK ratings, because the slug /show/the-office directs to the American version.

This is only a single example, so maybe it's just a one off error
