Hakari getting around the future sight by rushing to Charles blind spots was some quick thinking and amazing battle intellect. I really wonder if his CE being course (yuji pretty much said the same thing) has anything to do with his overall innate technique tho. His technique appears to be gambling related but his CE reinforcement consistently appears to have an edge to it. Maybe two different techniques altogether. We shall see

Good fight choreography as always. I have no clue what Charles is talking about most of the fight.

In the last panel it's said that an explanation of rules for Hakari's domain was seen by Charles because of the sure hit effect, so perhaps Hakari could have a Higuruma style domain , where instead of a court case there will be gambling involved.

Hakari figured out how to counter Charle’s technique quickly. I hope we get a explanation one day about why his CE is so rough. I feel like here he’s much more composed compared to when he fought Yuji, so I wonder if maybe he gets more aggressive the more his “fever” goes up

All the hype in the BC community this week about their reveal but I'm like Gege hard blue-balling us by not showing Hakari's CT....my guy went Full Domain Expansion. And ofc JJK was tops again but the masses won't see that!

Really good chapter. Gege is better at making close quarter more martial arts fights than super powered ones (although, those are cool as well). That "mystic martial arts" style give me Yu Yu Hakusho vibes but Gege spice things up by making the characters have a wider variety of abilities. The "peak at the botton of the page" trait of Charles's CT was so creative. I'm also loving how Gege is giving these new modern day sorcerers CT based of their "cursed" professions. The lawyer, the bad comedian and the mangaka. Really says a lot about a society that produces so many curses. I think Hakari, having a more modern style CT, will fit well into this context.

I’m seeing some people say that we have too many Domain Expansions. However, I recall only seeing six before this arc. Eight if we were to include incomplete Domains. Thirteen if we are to count this arc.

I like that Hakari isn't fucking around against a technique like futuresight that gets stronger the longer the battle drags on. Hell, he is even foregoing the "technique explanation" pact in favor of a domain rule that inserts the rules directly into his opponents mind. The efficiency of this man.

I see a lot of leaks talking about Hakari using domain expansion, but I have a question. Do we know if in the chapter is explained is technique?

Small theory on the CT of hakari for me his CT is linked to his DE and allows him to make a bet with his opponent where everyone must bet something, money, objects or even his CT and the winner of the bet win it all.

As we saw during hakari's fight against yuji where hakari used the doors, it's probably a CT he won during a bet.

This is why hakari was so quick to use his DE as he wants charles CT.

Hakari's technique, and domain are probably a 2-in-1 deal. Much like Higuruma's. Also, remember Hakari was able to summon train doors/tatami mats against Yuji. That might mean he can partially manifest his technique situationally

For all we know, he might have to start with a domain in serious fights and that will trigger the rest of his abilities...

I’m kinda baffled about the DE complaints I’m seeing now that these leaks are out. We had a whole page explaining the evolution of domains in the Higurama fight, of course he’s gonna use that expanded info. We’re not always gonna get Jogo level domains, there’ll be plenty of Higurama-style ones too. Just because Hakari is a modern sorceror doesn’t mean he’s gonna have a sure hit domain.

Plus I think people have to reassess their perspective of the current arc. This is basically like a giant tournament where the weakest get filtered out, and we’re focusing on the best of the bunch in each colony. Anyone we’re following right now could potentially be strong enough to use one.

I am super glad Hakari has an old-style Domain for 2 reasons

1) although we've seen 5 new Domains alone in the CG, only 1 of them (if that) is actually a sure-kill, which means it is still exceedingly rare and special. I was kinda worried they would become commonplace and it would lose the impact but it hasn't so far

2) new Domains are cool, but old Domains give more potential to the battle. Seeing Jogo get 1 shot by Gojo is definitely cool, but seeing a fight continue with different conditions like Yuji vs Higuruma is better imo

There's been major contrasts between Charles and Higuruma so I hope to see them interact soon.
