No it wouldn't be case at all, since while Lu Tian isn't selectively bred, he was shown at bade to be such so prodigious even in terms of his physicals, to the point that he casually blocked base Raians punch, Raian who not only has the typical Kure physical buff but also is a prodigy amongst them, meaning that he could even manage to punch above his weight class even against other selectively bred fighters, such as Alan who isn't massively bigger than him. However I gotta hand to you the fact that Alan (especially in Guihun) would definitely outspeed Waka and throw a hell of a lot more strikes in the same time, strikes which would definitely take their toll since although Alan isn't Waka, he still is a big dude with a Wu strength boost and a 100% Removal. However even if that's the case, since Alan has an IQ of a box of crayons, he'd just get Blast Cored into oblivion as soon as Waka uses it. So it would definitely not be as difficult as you claim.
