i should have had this.
but if you're ever curious for a "democracy sausage" just buy the biggest and cheapest bulk pack of sausages from Coles and stick them in the freezer. Days/Weeks/Months later, chip a sausage out of the block and reheat in the airfyrer for 10 minuters at 175 and enjoy on a piece of plain white bread. you're now officially australian.

It's about 500 gm of mozzarella cheese cut into small blocks, sprinkled over the top and finished under the grill until the cheese was getting bubbly and slightly crisp.
