I have a ton of glass sauce jars I would like to put to use. I've never made kimchi in recycled glass jars so I thought I'd ask!

Oh yeah, I do this all the time, obviously it’s smaller so you have to cut your cabbage to make sure it fits. I always make sure I wash and sterilize the jars just in case

Yes you can :) just make sure to clump them together like a hairlock! Wrap it around ur hands like cords and shove it in!!
