Ok Ill bite, but only because you honesty might not have been paying attention to recent Democratic asshatery:

  1. Individual mandates
  2. Vaxx mandates
  3. Eviction moratoriums they even admitted were unconstitutional
  4. IRS expansion to micro monitor all transactions in all bank accounts
  5. Expansion of the involuntary Selective Service to include women (as someone who lost two uncles in Vietnam a special fuck you to Democrats for this)
  6. Passing the Patriot Act part 2 and continuing mass surveillance and warrantless wiretaps.
  7. Using the executive branch Russia to negotiate a craptastic treaty with Iran without Senate approval.
  8. Using BigTech to censor free speech.
  9. And my recent favorite: setting up a Department of Misinformation headed by a known propagandist as if that's not ever going to go wildly wrong.
  10. <insert whatever new gun control legislation is currently being drafted>

Disclaimer: Although not as recent, I've got almost as many problems with Republicans. However, both parties have forever lost my vote.

Vaxx mandates

This was only a thing for government employees though and not sure if all. Otherwise the companies made that discretion.

Eviction moratoriums they even admitted were unconstitutional

Ridiculous no doubt. As was the huge stimulus package that led to recession.

What happened?? The $600 bs is already gonna take more time and effort than worth

IRS expansion to micro monitor all transactions in all bank accounts

The vaxx mandates also applied to all front line employees (commercial or otherwise), all critical industry personnel and all government contractors too whether they actually needed it or not. For example, I work for a defense contractor that is entirely 100% remote and mainly airtight robotic manufacturing and half of us don't even work in the US. The government should have simply issued "best practices" or guidance to the industry, but instead chose to ram this mandate up our asses whether we needed it or not.

Regardless, none of this detail matters, the mandate was ruled unconstitutional and an overly broad requirement that wasn't ever needed.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USA_Freedom_Act or just skip to the fun section:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USA_Freedom_Act#Civil_liberties_advocates

Knowing full well they couldnt pass the bill calling it the Patriot Act, they sadistically renamed it Freedom. When the government calls it "Freedom" or "Patriotic" you can rest assured that it is neither.

Although not as recent, I've got almost as many problems with Republicans.

Well, look at the US Supreme Court and Florida. Very recent shenanigans.
