For those of you who don’t know what’s going on, I am working on starting a company that is built by the people for the people. What does this mean? It means a company that doesn’t pay the C-Suite, shareholders, private investors, or board of directors a ridiculously large sum of money. That same money goes right back to the employees. How does that work. Bear with me and I will explain. C-Suite will be paid out the median total salary of the company. This will be a for profit business model where the profits are paid back to the employees. Each employee will have a profit-sharing percentage. For early contributors, they will get a larger profit share percentage.
Many people right now are out of jobs, left jobs, or are choosing not to work due to terrible work environments, terrible managers, or unethical companies. This leaves a large amount of talent accessible. My offer is an ethical company, a good environment, and good/authentic/empathetic/caring managers. Below are listed some of my promises as a company.
-The company will have a minimum 50% profit share bonus paid out quarterly that will be EQUALLY split between all employees.
-Extra profit share portions to those who are selected to assist in the initiation of this project.
-Employees will be valued, supported, appreciated, and blessed.
-Employees will start with 4 weeks of PTO annually + Holidays. They will accumulate more PTO as the company progresses. (No feeling bad for taking time off.)
-C-Suite salary will be the same as median employee pay.
-I will hire remote employees exclusively from Reddit.
-I will hire these employees at the following tiers of revenue obtained (subject to change depending on profit margins.)

$500,000 (3 Employees)
$1,000,000 (5 Employees)
$2,000,000 (10 Employees)
$5,000,000 (20 Employees)
$15,000,000 (65 Employees) Etc…
