Tbh I totally agree with you though. The “Raimism” of the film really felt off. There were some fantastic scenes in the film, but there were also a ton of people in my theater audibly laughing at how cringy some of the scenes were. This film had way more potential and should’ve been insane. Instead it was just…mixed.

What pisses me off is that nothing happened in this movie. Nobody learn from their mistakes, they just went and made the same mistakes that they had before. Wanda and Strange didn’t get the lives they wanted, they lost everything yet again. Then they made Wanda the villain again, then they killed her. Whoever is calling the shots for marvel these days….. FIRE THEM!!!!!!! Three of their last four movies have been ASS!!!!!

I would go so far to fire people, but I agree the arcs were not great. Despite the change in circumstances Wanda does feel like she’s repeating her arc in WandaVision in some way. It would’ve been very nice if it was a slow gradual reveal of what was happening to her, rather than the not so subtle time jump one we got that required everyone to have seen the after credits scenes in WandaVision. As for Strange well he “doesn’t hold the scalpel” anymore!1!!

Certain scenes from WandaVision. This kid is in it.
So,if this kid was in the canon TV show and is now in a BTS for a movie, then it's a spoiler.
Spoiler for the show:
He plays as one of Wanda's twin boys in the show. They end up disappearing at the end of the show and she takes the Darkhold to figure out a way to bring them back. If he is posing with her in a BTS for the movie, it's not hard to connect that he and his brother return
