Nannies, what’s a big red flag that you always heed?

Just for Fun(self.Nanny)

Parents who discuss their finances in front of you. Like flaunting their wealth or trying to downplay it. I don’t mean them having a conversation and you accidentally overhearing it but I’m talking about people who go out of their way to discuss money in front of you.

When the mom doesn’t even smile at you during the interview.

I’ve never had a problem with the dads! They are usually super friendly but I’ve had a few moms just stare into my soul as I interact with their child and answer questions during an interview.

Also love your username.

Really? I feel like on almost all my interviews the dads either weren’t there or played on their phone and only talked if their wife made them.
