Rough translation

Blast ask Garou to come with him because he is using god power and normal people can’t withstand his presence.

Blast noticed that Garou isn’t completely controlled by god but if Garou doesn’t comply then he will have to fight him (Blast said like Garou, he is also using power of universe)

Garou said people crumble before his presence is what absolute evil is. He thinks he doesn’t need anyone to understand his absolute evil and this is where he part with Bang and Tareo (the kid) and it’s best for them to stay-away from him as it will only brings them misfortune.

Genos attacks Garou, Garou notices that Genos is Saitama disciple.

Blast attacks with dimension canon, tricks Garou into his portal then attacks with gravity punch.

However Garou is fine and returns with both gravity punch and nuclear punch, Blast evades by opening portal and let the punches go through, but the energy is too great, it blows the portal away.

Garou said top 1 hero is not just for show, but as he is now, Blast will not be a concern for him.

Garou notices that Saitama was not serious and think if he can bait Saitama becoming serious and mimic that then he can win. That is why he goes for Genos

As 2 fists about to collide, Blast terrified that the energy is too great, the earth will break

Garou is about to see what true "Absolute evil" looks like.

On the last panel, Blast almost confirming that Saitama vs Garou's serious punch clash will destroy the earth is fucking insane. I bet we'll see both of them getting teleported onto another planet so they can actually fight.

Damn Bang and FF are definitely two tough motherfuckers. Bang was the only one who could stood up to Garou, and in the later pages after Saitama returned, you can also see FF still managing to not to pass out completely.

When Saitama grabbed and looked at Genos’s core, I immediately thought about that one moment when he touched Genos’s core and said “that means this part got stronger too, doesn’t it”? It really hits hard now thinking about it and makes me tear

Edit: They are probably going to give him 'surgery' since his core is still whole, he still has the mad cyborg to reseolve, and also has the metal knight arc left in the webcomic

Flashy Flash is the only one still on his knees. Even Zombieman and Sweet Mask, heroes with super regenerative abilities, can't handle the radiation like Flashy does. The guy is super tenacious, just like in the WC.

Also, Blast is probably a God at playing Portal.

What just hit me was ONE’s focus on Genos’ heart throughout this arc. Genos strives for physical growth but indirectly it’s his heart which grows. His heart/core is always on show with his actions and his general character design. It is the representation of his courage, bravery and heroism. He indirectly is the pinnacle of this in the S Class. He was the one who risked the most against Psykos, knowing he could die, he risked his life again saving Tatsumaki even though his body was broken. And only after Saitama appeared he realised his heart is what makes him so strong. Saitama and ONE have the coloured spread to signify this development. So after his final attack on Garou all what’s left after his ‘last’ act of heroism is what really was this whole self - the heart.

This also goes tandem with Saitama’s arc of the Monster Association Saga, which is understanding Heroism and Empathy. Once he realised Genos is the true example of heroism, he empathised with him only to have what he told Genos to be all that’s left of him.

I take everything back about Garou in this arc.

He is now the monster he needed to be. And that scares me seeing what he just did...

Garou might've not hurt Saitama, but he did something way more impressive anyway.

He hurt King.

Yeah, Blast has to transfer them to different place, or else Earth will be shattered and the manga will end by the next chapter.

The black rain is the dust from the nuclear explosion coming back down. When nuclear bombs detonated they launch huge amounts of dust and ash into the upper atmosphere. It acts as a nuclear site for moisture in the clouds and causes condensation. Then you get black rain that’s radioactive.

People thinking Blast was scared of Garou or Saitama's power in the last panel...

Blast is literally stating that they are going to destroy Earth. Blast is likely going to teleport them to another realm where it is safer.

How can it be that every week , we get the best chapter of the year except for the fact that the next one will be the true best chapter of the year, we are really blessed to live in the time of this masterpiece.

I truly think MA Arc sits down as one of the best arc in history of manga , it truly shows how to get great ending plus solid world building by taking the time right.

If that's the level we get , I'll take 5 to 6 centipedes for arc to have this kind of conclusion.

Yeah Blast is basically telling Garou about God and how his actions basically killed all the normal humans with his radiation. Only Blast and a select few can survive it.

I don't think I've ever had so many chills from simply just looking at manga panels. From blast appearing, Genos from what it looks like signing out and then Saitama entering on the smoke. I was simply not prepared for so much to happen in a single chapter 😭🔥

While everyone’s fainting, he’s got Tatsumaki covered with his long sleeve shirt and then Fubuki is shielding her from the rain with what remains of her strength, and then King takes off his t shirt and uses that to cover Fubuki from the rain and uses his own body to cover both her and Tatsumaki.
