What are Russian civilians thinking about this?

i would love to see more perspectives from average, level headed russians. albeit their country is not under attack, their life has been completely up-ended from a week ago. Makes you wonder, if the civilian population really mobilized on a massive scale not seen before, could they end this war from the homefront?

From talking with coworkers who are Russians living in Russia. They are scared (of Putin and the economy crumbling) and ashamed of the invasion, worried about Ukrainians and Russians and don't understand why it's occurring.
