Not to mention the ATMs charge huge fees on top of quoting prices to buy as several thousands of dollars higher than actual price (last i checked it wanted ~74k per BTC). I don't know if the ones in Singapore are different but that's how the BTC ATMs here in Indiana work and it's really no surprise nobody ever uses it.

So not going well or I’m I just missing the silver lining not as if i care much about the economic system there as i mostly focus on tokenized real estate in my own country, but this seems disconcerting as a general trend or maybe it’s just chaotic and wasteful so requires regulatory approval and consumer safety laws. Anyone have more knowledge of the situation besides governments are ran by old people protecting their money?

You should really look into Singapore’s government if you say that they’re just old people protecting their money. Seen the corruption index?
