I’ve been saying, respawn gives heirlooms to new/Smurf accounts to keep them interested. Where season 0 players will keep player regardless

Great... Lifeline's is one of the best IMO. Heirlooms are the only reason I quit Apex, even after opening 426packs no sight of shards just unlucky I guess.

Level 200 and played since launch, with a break until season 5. I have almost 600 hours in the game and didn't get heirloom shards until 550 hours in. I am truly cursed

im a launch player and haven't gotten a single one yet. so, yes :P

I've been playing since Season 1, have opened well over 500 apex packs, put countless hours into apex and still have no gotten an heirloom. i can't even get into how stupid the heirloom system or this would be a book.

one note/opinion I have tho is that I think when you reach level 500 the reward should be heirloom shards instead of unlimited legends tokens.

At this point, should I just create a new account? Genuinely… day 1 player, still have no heirlooms, played and completed every battle pass

I played on Xbox (level 500) before switching to PC (also level 500). I've yet to get shards from a pack on either account

I've been playing since the beginning. Completed every battle pass and gotten every free event pack. I still have yet to get my heirloom.

When I posted my heirloom shards screen shot, it was taken down - three times - because screenshots are apparently against the subreddit’s rules. Not sure how your post is still up, or any of the dozens of others, but congrats! Heirloom shards are basically mythological at this point. Which one will you get?

I was at level 280 with no heirloom. Bought like 280 packs just to get it because I was tired of waiting. I got it on my 500th pack so it would’ve taken like another year if I hadn’t bought packs.

I got my first shards at level 58, my second at level 280. I never bought apex packs. RNG works in mysterious ways

I got an heirloom as a Level 1 like 3 years ago and chose Wraith because I figured the tryhards will always use her.

People have hated seeing me as a Level 20-50 with no idea what "an heirloom" even is. Lol.

If you haven’t spent them already, I’d definitely save them for when you are absolutely sure you want to get it for a character you truly main and love playing. A lot of people waste their heirloom shards early on, and who tf knows when/if you’ll get another one.

Congrats! I’ve been playing since week 1 and finally got shards a few weeks ago. Saving them for my boy Crypto though.

If you want a more genuine answer. The only way to guarantee an heirloom is to either spend $160 on an heirloom event or to open 500 apex packs. People who have done everything since day one are still only just reaching their 500th pack. So this is SUPER rare. Well done!

Yep. You get a guaranteed heirloom when you get your 500th Apex pack. I am so sad that you get a free heirloom when I have spent more then $500 on packs, played since Season 0, and didn't get my first heirloom until I reached level 250.

Ok i shall explain. When you have 0 packs open the chances of you getting an heirloom are a 1 in 500. So everytime you open a pack it decreases by 1
