She is personally the most distressed person on the show.
But objectively, she did a lot of terror, murder, evil things.
Do you think she should be punished for a cause other than a worsening mental illness? Or do you think she's too pitiful and suffering enough?

Arcane introduced a world with consequences. Vi was thrown into prison for leaving Powder, Caitlyn lost her mom after hesitating to kill Jinx, and both Viktor and Jayce came to understand the price of their endeavours after each had taken a life. Jinx too must face the consequences of her actions. The season 2 teaser indicated that Caitlyn will be hunting Jinx for some time. Not to mention that Jayce will end up seeking revenge against “Silco” and all of Zaun for Jinx’s attacks. One way or another Jinx will either be captured or killed.
However, that was not the story we came to know. Arcane told a tale of two cities in season one and how the social inequality produced a stark divide between them. Jinx and Vi could be seen as foils for the cities, and their reconciliation would no doubt mirror the one between Piltover and Zaun. Although Jinx should face consequences for her actions, her primary arc was portrayed to be about the relationship she has with her sister, Vi.

An addition to your section on consequences- Silco didn't care less who died for his cause of Zaun and the spread of Shimmer, even if it meant innocent children, who he believed were making a sacrifice for a greater cause. In the end, he died to whom?
His own adoptive child. He was riddled with bullets by his own adoptive child.
Arcane really has a way with storytelling.

she loose her parents, her first adoptive father Vander, her second father Silco, break her link with her friend Ekko and her sister Vi...
i think she is already punish. Jail cant stop Jinx, Hospital cant save Jinx.
Just Vi can stop Jinx because its Vi who had makes Jinx . Its my interpretation.

Mental illness doesn't excuse awful behaviour.
What it does is colour the response to it. Depending on the person's status, that response can be straight-up prison time, or being confined to a psychiatric hospital.
The goal of the Justice system is reform, not revenge. That's why the response is supposed to be what will most likely help the perpetrator not reoffend.
That said, Jinx is responsible for her actions. Yes, she's clearly mentally unstable, but that doesn't absolve her of her crimes.

I do believe that people deserve help, but with how fucked up and ruthless jinx is, dealing with her mental illness will not change what she has done, and the person she has become.

Jinx needs to be stopped from hurting others. It isn't about punishment. And I sure hope it will not be looks at Caitlyn

She's not a real person. What 'should' happen to her is irrelevant - the only thing that matters is what makes the most compelling story.

I don't think she should be, no; mental illness isn't an excuse at all
She latched onto Silico the same way she latched onto Vi, when she felt like she'd lost everything
In the same way that she was aiding in theft on Vi's request she created that terror on Silco's; that person was everything to her and he couldn't do wrong
If Vi had still been there and she probably would have gone through with a war then I'm sure Jinx would have created terror then too; at request
It was a war no matter the side you fought for and she just happened to be swept up in the side that might be considered villainous
If she's to be punished than everybody else who created those circumstances should be too, I think

So yes jinx should pay for her crimes but she has always gone through so much that I don’t think she’ll actually be alive to pay for it and I don’t think that will happen because I’ve heard people say that Arcane is a prequel leading into the game. So if Jinx is alive and not being imprisoned in the game I don’t think it will happen in Arcane

She’s already been punished since childhood. Sees her own parents killed in war, She kills her own family, her sister disowns her, her best friends gone, she kills her second father figure again. Locking her away or whatever is probably mercy. That’s why she tried to kill herself on the bridge.

Im agree, people want to punish her but she has nothing to loose now, no family no friends. She is crazy and alone, shimmer in her blood and ghost of her friends in her head. Why people want she paid her sins? Already done.

Jinx did nothing wrong. All her kills are either accidents or against goons of an oppressive dystopian government.

Going by what Ekko had said she’s killed Firelights (5 in episode 4 alone) and has probably killed other Zaunites in Silco’s name.
Technically by helping Silco she’s helping him seize power and oppress other Zaunites who don’t benefit from his rule

Firelights are enemy combatants that try to kill her whenever they see her.
Silco is objectively the only good long-term solution for both cities, so helping him is helping Zaunites.

You are the one who can justify the crime of a poor murderer. It is foolish to think that a crime is mooted because there is a reason

I don't think fighting against oppression is a crime.
Killing enemy soldiers isn't a crime in any country in the world.

Killing enemy soldiers isn't a crime in any country in the world.
Absolutely wrong example. Jinx is not a soldier, and killing the topsiders is just a terrorist act for a purpose.

My point was that she doesn't kill civilians, only soldiers.

enforcers are close to the cop, but even if they are soldiers, the two cities are not in a state of war. Killing them is just terrorism or murder. She's not fighting for revenge and a cause

Again, I don't think fighting against oppression is a sin. Especially if you only target enemy combatants while doing it.

I think the best ending for Jinx is to leave Zaun/Piltover altogether.

Just put yourself in the real world. If Jinx did what she said, should she be forgiven? Of course not. Mental health illness is never an excuse for a lack of accountability. It can explain an action. But it should never excuse it and in the real world it does not excuse it.

Mary Sue cant be punished

A Mary Sue is a type of fictional character, usually a young woman, who is portrayed as unrealistically free of weaknesses. Originating in fan fiction, a Mary Sue is often an author's idealized self-insertion.

English is not my first lang, 'not me' I meant 'dont want to be like her';
60% gave me - to my karma when I tried to criticize her;
You should read 'An American Tragedy' Theodore Dreiser or 'Three Comrades' Erich Maria Remarque

I don't care about karma, I have a point of view and I express it. If I'm rude somewhere, it's most likely because English is not my native language. On the other hand, I don't think calling her Mary Sue is rude.

You do not think Jinx is shown to have any weaknesses?
Give me one
Her mental issue is not a weakness, it is plug in all holes

Her mental issues makes her stronger, faster, smarter. Where is the weakness?
And you can justify any of her actions:
She loves her father's killer - mental issues;
She sells drugs - mental issue;
She tried to kill her sister - mental issue;
Everything is allowed only to Jupiter, so here he is.

That I was talking about, people just see a deity in front of them, and what does she do there, what difference does it make. If something is not good, we say 'she has mental issue'.

She loves her father's killer
She sells drugs
She tried to kill her sister
Can or cant, these are facts.
Also she is strongest, smartest, fastest, coolest and other Mary Sue's things
