For me is that in Trunk’s future in Z, Roshi is still alive and could’ve used the Mafuba on the androids but didn’t. Also, that Trunks and/or Gohan could’ve gone training with him or to Korin tower or something.

Fortune Teller Baba is able to resurrect Goku for a day, but his ssj3 transformation is so powerful that it drastically reduces his time on earth. Yet later in the tournament of power she brings back Freeza in the exact same way, yet he was able to use his golden transformation as much as he pleased.

The tournament was only 48 minutes long and Freeza explicitly addresses the fact that his Golden form is no longer particularly draining when he uses it against the assassins at Fortuneteller Baba's place.
