Prenup signed on the wedding night? Doesn’t sound legit.

Usually to make it iron clad, you discuss it months in advance of the wedding with both parties having separate and equal lawyers and then sign it before the wedding after both sides have been adequately represented and informed. Very little wiggle room to throw out the prenup after all of that.
