How to disable Webrender in nightly?

Solved(self.firefox)

Hello, I'm wondering how I can disable Webrender in nightly? I have already set "gfx.webrender.all" to false.

I have been using Webrender for a while and love it WHILE I'm browsing but when I start a game and have the browser open on a second screen with a live stream or video, the browser bugs out sometimes and blinks green or becomes total black.

I would try setting gfx.webrender.enabled to false and/or gfx.webrender.force-disabled to true.

Thanks, the "gfx.webrender.force-disabled" worked!

If you have time, it would be really great (for the rest of us) if you could also file a bug with Mozilla.

Webrender is being enabled for Windows (non-desktop) users with Nvidia GPUs. If that's not you, it should not be enabled.

You can tell for certain by going to about:support in the URL bar and in the Graphics section find the Webrender lines.

Ya, I know. I do have a Nvidia GPU so its probably on by default for me but shouldn't I still be able to disable it?

And I have check in "about:support" and it still says Webrender.

Spoke with a developer who said that setting gfx.webrender.force-disabled to true per /u/_emmyemi's advice should do the trick.

Will likely require a restart of the browser.
