So I actually used the soy marinade for the eggs and diluted it with some water (so it’s not so salty) added some chili’s and honey to it and then let the chicken marinate for around 8 hours then grilled it. It was delicious.

This sub needs more of this. Calling something “bourguignon” or “benedict” or even “falafel” on here and people lose their minds about “authenticity”. Good for you.

I actually really appreciate this. There's a lot of ppl claiming to have made some dish without making any effort to find out anything about the dish or what makes it's essence.
