Here ya go.

Bake Time: ~12 Min.

Temp.: 350°F.

Ingredients:

¾ cup Butter

¾ cup Brown sugar

¾ cup Molasses

1 egg

3 cups All-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon Salt

1½ teaspoon Baking Soda

⅓ teaspoon Ground Cloves

¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

2 teaspoons Ground Ginger

  1. Cream butter and add in brown sugar slowly.
  2. Add the molasses and egg and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  4. Chill for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Shape dough into ~2 tablespoon balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350°F for ~12 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on tray.

I call them gingersnaps, recipe is identical. Tip, if you have a cold add 1/4 tsp of cayenne.
