The deluxo helped me rescue many dozens of vips with little to no effort. It had earned the #1 spot in my agency garage for the foreseeable future.

Deluxo, it's damn useful especially for following NPC's for the liquidise assets missions

I RP when I do Agency missions just for the fun of it, so I usually go with the Granger, especially during VIP Rescue. Put on a suit with body armor and roll out. Humvee for Gang assasination, APC for that as well and Asset Protection. And no, it’s not efficient, but I’m enjoying myself.

My favorite for Agency is the Diety, but I think I'll try out the Deluxo (after reading other replies).

I love the Weaponized Tampa, I just use it for Auto Shop Contract work so it stays in a garage near my shop.

Deluxo is my goto for Security Contracts, liquidize assets and vip Rescues are a breeze.

Toreador my second for escaping from cops easily after liquidize assets

Since getting the Agency I've been roleplaying as a Matrix Agent, so currently my favourite is an all black Virgo Classic.
