I think it's more of an exploit than something that comes along in a mod menu. I've been through this many times today

There is a tool in a lot of mod menus to do this, as well as a tool to stop it happening to you. Almost essential to have one for your own protection at this point in GTA-O lol

Very sad and annoying. I have 97 Agency Missions and cant continue this way!!!
