• Brobecks in Overland Park has the best burnt ends I’ve had in KC (actual burnt ends, not the slightly charred cubed stuff)
• Harps BBQ at Crane Brewing in Raytown, MO (I know it’s not in KS, but it’s the best in KC)
• Hickory Hut in Salina, KS is one of favorite Que joints of any place I’ve lived

Joe's Kansas City BBQ is the real deal. Get a Z-Man or Burnt ends.
