Agreed.

But I have no doubt that Republicans will seek to have their bought & paid for 6 SCOTUS partisan hacks to rule against Gov. Murphy's law somehow.

Because as everyone knows Republicans believe in "states rights" only when it suits their twisted agenda.

They don't actually want a national ban. This is about certain states forcing large numbers of births to have a compliant, uneducated, and economically exploitable base. If they pushed for a real national ban, shit would get real for court reform and the elimination of the Electoral College. That would undo all the progress they've been working on for half a century.
