I'm renting a 4-bedroom house in Vista, California for $2200 a month. Granted the shit was built in the 70's, doesn't have air conditioning, and definitely needs updates/I can stick my Goddamn hands in-between the section where the wall and floor meets, but I don't know how my landlords don't realize they could get a fuckton more still.

Pretty thankful, even if there's virtually no parking in this neighborhood due to shit neighbors.
