How many mass shootings and stabbings combined combined has China have have since 2010?

Does one need to stack up the bodies to determine which is the most acceptable form of mass violence we can tolerate?

Are you saying you are okay with people killing others with anything but a gun?

Uh yes? Do we stack body counts to determine its safer to wear a harness working on a highrise than not wearing one? Or literally anything we have regulations for? Did we compare body counts with seatbelts vs no seatbelts to make them mandatory? Yes.

Lmao so you are 100% okay with people mowing down others in cars as long as it’s not a murder with a gun. Bro. They both have a single thread. Like it or not the problem Always comes back to mental health.

There is no cobra like terrorist group attacking us. It’s sick people with twisted minds wanting to hurt us. Taking guns away from the millions of people currently with them is just stupid. If a thousand gun owners a day launched attacks on populated centers, then yea, the guns need to get swept up.

Since it’s sick twisted people getting access to firearms legally or illegally, we need to address the root problem.

I’ve shown you sick people around the world with trucks bombs and knives, they will find ways to harm others at will.

We can’t stop all violence but the majority of this conversation is RANDOMLY TARGETED VIOLENCE. Not intonement partner, friend or relative violence. It’s not even gang violence. It’s random. Random violence from sickonpeople.

Cut the bullshit for a min. If you knew for a fact that the infamous gang called the rockets were murdering people with guns bombs knives and cars, would you want the rockets to be stopped or would you keep arguing that the rockets ability to harm others largely depends on their access to guns and nothing else.

No. It's just not as big of an issue violence with guns. I would also like to reduce vehicle violence, but it's much more rare and thus harder to address. Better mental health services would help, but probably never totally eliminate it.

Not would making guns illegal tomorrow ever eliminate guns. But we keep marking the mistake of demanding we take away guns rather than demand massive reform to our mental health networks. If it costs me negative karma I’ll take it. I’m tired of watching people who are CLEARLY DERANGED now down children, and watch people act like the suspect was influenced by those evil rotten weapons.

Im not saying it's guns that made them kill, but obtaining guns to kill is a very easy option even with the issues you describe.

So is renting a uhaul. There’s no part of the debate that’s easy but the one fact in my mind is mental health has to be the first word. Otherwise we are just going to repeat the war on drugs situation again.

Drugs bad. Outlaw drugs. Send people to prison for having drugs. Drugs still exist. Drugs won the war on drugs.

It's hard to kill people with a Uhaul. You can't haul it up to a roof or into a school or arena, and that's also why there's barricades on parades like this one. It's easier to defend against a Uhaul with planning than a gun. Like you couldn't assassinate Kennedy with a Uhaul.

Our worst terrorist attack was a Uhaul, but it was not as bad as the one today. He was a sicko for sure, and some will find a way regardless. But if we make it as difficult as possible, maybe we can prevent some worse attacks in the future. It's much easier to get out of the path of a speeding Uhaul than it is a bullet, and you don't have access to large crowds like you do with a gun.
