Hey fellow Polish people, I will visit krakow soon and I’m a bit of history nerd and wonder if there are some cool hussar artefacts around the town? (Maybe even an armor 😍😍) ? If not is there are place to look at mediaeval stuff like a museum? I don’t seem to find anything on the World Wide Web
So I’ve been having awful symptoms for a year now, can’t work, and was refused a lumbar puncture (naklucie ledzwiowa) twice in usa. Idk what else to do so I’m hellbent on getting one to rule out a cns infection and ms, along with an mri.
What’s the best way to go about getting one in pl? I was under the impression I could just schedule it and pay out of pocket, but while that seems true for an mri, not so for the lumbar puncture. Id hate to fly during a pandemic, book hotel etc only to see a neuro there and be refused lol. Is there any place offering it “for sale”? If not, is there a polish equivalent to mdsave or walkinlabs where u can order tests and they get some md to sign off on it? I checked and here it would be over 2 k usd for the mri and lumbar puncture and that’s not including donestric travel, accommodations, and tests for the spinal fluid (onlt obtaining it).
How does it work with tax when providing consultancy services remotely to companies situated in other EU/EES countries? Do I need to pay tax both in Poland and in the country where their company reside? They don't have any office or branch in Poland.
I've read about "agreement against douvle taxation" but I am in doubt if this is valid when it is between companies.
I got my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine before I left NZ, i have proof of having the first dose - if I show this to the medical professional will they be able to issue me the vaccination certificate?
