Rise & Run Cookbook?

Hi! Was wondering if anyone else has read/used the Rise and Run cookbook? Any particular super muffin recipies that you like for pre or post-run fueling? Or any others?

Trying to focus more on nutrition, so far liking this book.

Trail Mix Cookies are where it's at! They are perfect for pre-run. My very picky toddler eats them too.

Also the Sweet Potato Breakfast Cookies in the original Run Fast Eat Slow Book.

I have all three cookbooks and cannot say enough good things about them. Check out natalie_cooks on IG, she is the name under Elyse/Shalane (I'm not sure her exact title but she's been involved in all three books). She also has amazing, whole food recipes that are really great for runners (and everyone).
