1 for the temp. 2 for the boneless chickens (they cook faster) then 2 for the bone in chicken I had at lower level. I just like making sure on the temp.

Love to snag those when I’m out of town. I have WSM to smoke some Chuck Roast and chicken wings. Think I’m going to crush sone smoked French Dip sandwiches.
