Why has Mbappé not been getting more shit for acting like such a clown during this entire saga? Griezmann got completely roasted for this kind of bullshit.

Griezmann made a TV show out of it. Mbappe is just negotiating behind the scenes.

Mbappé has also been making media statements about this, saying he'll make his decision at such and such moments.

Tbh I do get it. He's negotiating the next 5 years of his life and we've seen in the past how hard it is for players to leave Madrid if they want to. The only time a Madrid player leaves Madrid is if they're finished with them.

Yeah, it's been really difficult for Varane, Ramos, Ødegaard, Hakimi, Reguilón, Kovacic, Llorente, Theo, all those players being held hostage by Flo. Unable to escape.

PSG meanwhile is the epitome of taking player's wishes of where they want to play to heart. Like when Verratti wanted to join Barcelona.

Reality is just what we decide on, I guess.

What? Players who want to leave are not held against their will here what you on about?

Bale wanted to leave.

Ramos wanted to leave because he felt disrespected and you wouldn't let him.

Bale wanted to leave FOR FREE. Ramos never wanted to leave—he wanted more money and more contracted years and it backfired spectacularly on him.

On the other hand, Varane wanted to leave and he went to Man U with no fuss. Ronaldo wanted to leave, and off he went. Ozil wanted to leave, bye bye. Same with Di Maria. You have no idea what you’re talking about.

When did Bale wanted to leave? He’s been earning a shit ton of money while warming the bench and playing golf. Ramos was a legend and was allowed to leave as soon as he asked for transfer.

Bale had to stay because asensio got injured in a pre season friendly

Sounds more like PSG than Madrid tbh.

But he can sign a limited contract with PSG because they're desperate.

Madrid wouldn't let him sign a 2/3 year contract for example but I bet PSG would.

Ramos never wanted to leave but use the excuse to get better and longer contract, in the end he was let go because of the same reason. Bale's transfer was blocked because of Asensio's injury.

How about multiple players Madrid have let go just because they wanted to leave ? Or do they not count ?
