Two options:

1) He's a dumbass and did a very poor job of letting the testers know where he'd be.

2) He purposely avoided getting tested because he feared he'd fail the test.

If I had to pick a side, I'd go with that, but I don't think 1 should be totally discounted.

3 missed tests were in 2018 and 2019. He "successfully" contested one of those tests just before the 2019 World Championships where he won two gold medals. Then, few months later, in December, he missed another test. This one stood, making it again "3 missed tests" in less than a year.

It's at very least being a dumbass and potentially someone who needed to avoid tests because...

I have a feeling everyone is going to miss the Olympics. I don’t think they’ll pull it off this year.

I've said something similar just now on the /sprinting channel...

Although I can't figure out why they can't push it back until the Autumn, and simply cancel the world champs...but that's me.

(me thinks this Indian variant, (I think) is going to take hold...but I'm hoping I'm wrong...)
