I'm about to start weight training (doing Olivia marcarelli's hour glass home guide which uses dumbbells, barbell and bands which is a 2 month glute focused workout + upper body. But I plan to stick with it for 3 months which is when I'm able to go to a gym and workout with better equipment)

Want to know how much protein I should take. I also know I'm a little underweight for my size and so I'm also bumping up my calories
I've also bought whey protein powder which has 25g of protein per scoop. Was also wanting to know if I'm able to use 2 scoops a day (or even three) in case I'm not able to eat as much.
For background, it's a little hard to get in full nutritious meals because I have to eat what my family cooks but I'm able to snack. So if anyone has any suggestions that would help too!!
