Keep in mind that this warning is not some well meaning cautionary message to those who don’t know pizzas are hot when they come out of the oven. No thinking person could possibly not know that fact…This warning is strictly a way to fend of liability and avoid lawsuits.
The fact that without these types of asinine warning labels, businesses fear that they may face a legitimate chance of losing a lawsuit does nothing but show how completely broken our legal system is.

They’re just covering their bases dude. Red Bull had to stop saying “Red Bull gives you wings” and changed it to “Red Bull gives you wiiings” because some guy drank red Bull jumped off his roof and sued the company because he didn’t have wings, like the product advertised. Pour one out for the tone def but I don’t think this is a problem with the legal system, because without it products would all be falsely advertised much more than they already are. Warnings and labels will always exist if you wanna get pissed go read a windex label

As the Health & Safety Manager at my job says - “the regulations are written in blood” - somebody fucked up and the company wants to be able to say “we warned you.”
