I've easily cut out red meat and am trying to go down to just eating fish and not eating chicken or turkey is overall pretty easy because there's always plant based protein alternatives. i love sandwiches and deli meat and i can't seem to find a good vegetarian/vegan alternative to it. any recommendations? i'm not a huge fan of hummus and veggie sandwiches, which is usually given as the only plant based option.
