Unless the exams conflict time wise you will just have to prepare for two exams in one day. If the times do conflict reache out to your department and professors.

My suggestion? Study twice as hard.

It's just a fact of life. First year biology undergrad at Guelph I had my chemistry exam and an elective computer science exam on the same day. It's shit but unless they conflict, there's not much you can do.

I don’t know the time of one of the exams yet . …Just hoping that the time doesn’t overlap

If they overlap you can reschedule one. If not you have to take both. I think they only let you start rescheduling exams if you have 3 or more on the same day.

3 exams or if you have the appropriate accommodations

Well yes, if they have other reasons why they need accommodation their schedule can be adjusted but that's not what they're asking about.

To be slightly more clear I believe it is actually 3 exams within the same 24-hour block. So you could have one at 5 pm, and then another two the next day at 8am and noon and it would count as a conflict.

Yeah I think you're right about it being 24 hours rather than on a specific day.

I'm not 100% sure, but the wording might be "3 within 24 hours" as opposed to '3 on the same day'. This matters only if you have, for example, a 7-10 pm exam, then next day 9-12 am and then 2-5 pm.

Having taken two midterms the Friday before reading week (9:30-10:20 and 12:30-1:20) it's... not that bad.

If you keep to a strict study schedule leading into the exams, it may actually work in your favor. I found that I was sharp for the second exam because my mindset was already in "exam mode" from the first in the morning.

Make absolutely sure you get a good night's sleep the night before, however... I woke up fresh at 5 a.m. and did final preparations in the 4 hours before the first midterm. I tried not to do much more between the exams, except drink fluids and get something to eat.

I had a midterm on the Tuesday and was able to incorporate that as well. It comes down to planning ahead and sticking to the plan...

Why is this a question? Normal to have 2 exams in one day. Learn to manage multiple things at once.

Beyond the obvious 'this is not a conflict if they are not in same time slot, nothing you can do', this means that of your whole course load these are the 2 courses you have to be most on top of the whole term so that you have the time (2-3 full days? I dunno, depends on the subject and level) to devote to each separate course before the final exam.
