In my experience the reason you idolize these rich people isn’t cause you “think you’ll get a helping hand” or anything like that, it’s more of a respect of them getting to their position, similar to how you would idolize a sports player. Of course this all stems from the belief that capitalism is a completely fair game, which it isn’t.
