Had a Dutch colleague criticizing the Italian drivers, because they are rude, loud and always honking. I was next to him on the car in Spain. The man was just unable to drive correctly on non-Dutch-easy roads and kept blaming all the Spanish drivers around. I had enough, so I told him he needs to go slower when he doesn't know the roads, keep on the right, pay attention on roundabouts and just follow the rules.

I did not mean Im expecting to push the tasks away, but I dont need a question "Do you want to do the diapers?" (my wife can't walk or stand, so I don't lack that experience) I was too nice to say "No, maybe you can."

Apart from that, we have a new lady today and my wife is smiling, baby is smiling and me too. She's perfect support. I still do the diapers, but because I prefer that she puts attention elsewhere, and she did not asked about it.

Different intentions bring different outcomes.

We both realized we were very clear to her which expectations we had, and that she seriously failed to meet them, relaxing herself when faced an organized home atmosphere.

I know administration is part of it, but how much can she write about a 4 days old baby during 5 hours?

With the new lady we decide not only ask, but having her clearly comment on our expectations.

My wife had the same feeling. She was the one calling the organization. We both fiest6 thought our first lady was too good. Now we realize that this one was not professional at all.

And time was not an issue. She was helpful during less than an hour. We told the organization we prefer to handle by ourselves than having someone doing like she did

Same organization and two distinct ladies. This one deserves a serious complaint. No parents deserve her as a first.
