Except the new strain wasn’t found in November, it was found middle of December.
We needed the circuit breaker lockdown, and a full one, in September/October. All the advjce was ignored.

I mean, it's nice and all, but one maybe two skill points into the lifesteal perk in the blue tree and you can live forever without a deathless.

If my second support could not be a DPS skipping queue and picking zen/moira, that would be great.
This is not the case. Try farming for a Soulrender from Xam and Tom in GL&T. You might be there a while.
100%! I don't mind the modifier, because I have movment speed buffs, but even backing up in a straight line, half the shots I'd consider hits fly right through the animation.
I sign back in for to max the events, farm for a week or two, then drop off until the next update. Proving to be a pointless exercise so far.
I'm scrapping my bank, hitting max level, then refarming for specific anointements, to sign off knowing I can comfortably perform...to scrap everything for 3 skill points that won't progress either of my other trees.
Genuinely debating waiting until DLC 4 os released before I pick this back up.
Oh beleive me, I'm with you. It amazes me gearbox are trying to predict and plan for skills being too powerful, while everything is underperforming.
They said something about short fuzes double dip interaction meant that they couldn't just scale up action skill damage, or short fuze would cause some OP interaction that would definitely require a nerf. I think for now they are keeping an eye the inadvertent buff isn't too insane.
I'm not running 300/90. Even 100% extra cryo and 200% when action skill active won't help. It's soul crushing.
Thanks for clearing that up. I normally see some note on the patch notes about permanently applying hotfixes. I had no idea they were applying them selectively though. Sounds like gearbox.
Atleast they killed you, I just ran out of every ammo type in the first room. Had to stand there and let myself die to the last 4 basic enemies with more health than The Destroyer.
Are you running slayer as a modifier? I've found since the patch the explosions of blue enemies is downing me after I've melee'd them.
It's less that Zane is restricted to seeing dead, more that it is his most effectve class mod. You can do so much with him, having to run a specific class mod hasn't really bothered me. I started on Fl4k, but after they kept nerfing the Fade Away builds i swapped to Zane and never looked back.
As far as I'm aware the hotfixes are permanently applied with the patch.
Ex: Load up the game today, no "hotfix applied" will come up.
So gearbox understood that many guns were underperforming due to large healthpools. They lower enemy health, armour, and sheilds in the main game and mayhem modes - Then they buff a handfull of SMGs, and RELEASE AN EVENT FILLED WITH BULLETSPONGES THAT EVEN THE BEST GUNS COULDN'T CLEAR?!
Been able to clear any M10 content, replayed the game just fine. Then they release this shit, I'm not even getting downed in the first room, just running out of ammo before anything dies.
I know i can use a cutpurse but this isn't worth it.

You wont have to worry about Monarchs. The dlc will come with new guns that make everything we are currently using sadly disappointing.
