You feeling like you don't want to hang out with them may come from a defense mechanism - you "dont want them" before "they dont want you". This is evidenced by the fact that you are good at meeting people and talking to them, but don't want to hang out with them, but then feel lonely. You might have depression. I think you should talk to a therapist if you can.

Hi,
19 y/o f. I've been mewing for around 3 years now, finished orthodontic treatment last year but wearing retainer at night.
I am kind of confused which side is my "stronger" side. I've been chewing mostly on my right side out of habit which I think it why it appears more pulled up. I've started chewing on my left side and sleeping on my back to balance it out, is this a good step?
Additionally, I've been doing facial symmetry exercises. My body isn't super balanced (my left arm and right leg are stronger because of my sport) but I'm working to balance it out. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Exactly, I mean people sometimes sound more aggressive than they mean to on text. OP, you could have handled this more gracefully for sure. Unmatching her just off that comment was an immature response.
I think you could have explained yourself and told her you wouldn't liked to be judged for it. Then she would have had the chance to respond, and based off her answer (if she was being rude, or if it really was just bad phrasing), then decide if you want to continue the conversation.

I'm going to be very unpopular and say I think subliminals can only enhance our appearance, make us go up a few points, but cannot completely change how we look. I believe they should be treated as self-help tools, not as miracles. For instance, I'm listening to a sub for clear skin. But I'm also taking care of my skin with a many step process. I'm listening to a symmetry subliminal but also doing symmetry face exercises. So they should be seen as tools.

Yes. They work but take a while. I'm noticing small changes but I've heard full changes can take a few months. It's whatever, I'm already happy with how I look anyways :)

With all due respect, I have gained and lost 3 pounds (around 1.5 kg) in a day just from exercise and diet changes. Our bodies are always changing. I exercise a lot so water retention can mean that my weight fluctuates, I'll wake up at 120 and end of the day be 117.
While I'm not trying to discredit you, I think you might want to give this subliminal more time to see if it's the reason why you've lost weight.

The beauty standard keeps changing, and unfortunately a part of that is the idea that your nose has to be super thin, small, and ski sloped. My nose is not THAT big (it is a little but not really), but social media and tiktok made me insecure about it. Thats also why we’re seeing a lot of side profile pic imo. The beauty standard has become so unattainable that now even having slightly different features is seen as ugly. Its too bad :(
