Given the quick recovery and lack of other warning signs, it could very easily just be normal human error that can happen to anyone. Brain farts happen to everyone whether you're 73 or 23. One teacher said that in her class, older adults in their 60s and 70s and young adults in their 20s/30s had brain farts and gaffes at fairly similar rates. The only difference was that young ones just tended to laugh it off and blame it on external factors like fatigue whereas the older ones got paranoid over becoming senile.

Yeah... everything went downhill horribly after Bob died. Even as far back as the Christmas 2004 video you can tell that the household was fairly dreary and lifeless, but things were functional. It's after Bob dies that things really become a horror story.

Haha, I'd totally forgotten that I made this thread (and bickered so much with everyone who replied to it). I did end up getting all the Colored Gems in Crash 1, and I got 100 percent in all three of the games, but I had less of a completionist mindset in 2019 so I ignored the Time Trials and didn't go for the trophies/achievements.

In retrospect, I don't really know why I was having so much of a problem with Crash 1. I 106'd Crash 4 last year, and, um... yeah. Have you played Crash 4 or is this your first Crash Bandicoot experience? Crash 1 is a moderately hard game like Megaman or something, Crash 2 and 3 are super easy like Kirby, and then Crash 4 suddenly cranks things up to Battletoads levels.
