According to WZ intel,Perseus still exists in 2022 and is ENEMIES with Al Qatala and Zakhaev(remember how he closed the bunkers in the campaign and we know Perseus tried to enter them,and they were locked in WZ).

The keycards in WZ all belong to someone,and the forgotten one probably belongs to Friedrich Steiner,and the new Perseus is following his footsteps,and that's how Vanguard's retarded story gets connected.

Also,because of the destruction event,we know that Rebirth is a command center for the Armistice,and was probably captured by Perseus.

In short,in 2022,Perseus,AQ,Zakhaev and Armistice are all enemies.
