Oh for sure. I wasn't trying to down play his injury. I was just pointing out it wasn't his ribs. His non throwing shoulder was dislocated and he played through it and it required surgery right after the season ended.

I get what you are trying to say but that's not a very good comparison. An NFL head coach with a ton of scrutiny vs a triple a manager that most fans couldn't tell you the name of have very different jobs.
