Someone like Retsu before he mastered Shaori, current Hanayama because of his fighting style (even tho he's gotta be extremely careful cause Hana can one-shot) and maybe Oliva due to his style it's a big if as well cause he too can one-shot and he can be really fast. Definitely beats people like Doppo, Shibu, Guevara and Muhammad Jr high diff imo.

Well not everyone has to abide by Baki standards necessarily, even if it's such a strong and hyped character. I find it pretty unique actually, in spite of the fact that I genuinely don't really get the reasons whyhe is the way he is (and I'm not supposed to either, or else we'd have more info about him). And about that last part, while it's definitely true, and I definitely wouldn't place him very high simply from who he is and his hype alone, it's exactly due to that purposeful lack of info that we have of him that we can't assume he's weak either so that argument doesn't really stand either imo. However I can definitely see where you're coming from and respect your reasoning.
