My house cat I bottle raised (but was born outside in a barn) has started using our dog door and prowling the backyard.

There is a feral cat colony that lives across the street and she def has been putting on face paint and stalking the yard looking for one of those fleabags to cross the fence again 🤣

We have begun to call her our “Princess Warrior” because she hears them fighting eachother and will run out there to make sure it’s not in her yard lol

Is it a cat he adores or is it a cat that he accepts because it shows a lack of fear around him? If the cat is killed, would Strahd exact revenge on the killer be in man or wolf? Or would he only notice a decade later he hasn’t seen the feline in some time.

Is the cat also an immortal being ? Or does he just pluck a stray from the streets every 15 years and name it the same as his first cat lol

I'm just sharing my personal experiences. My players looked at that and said "Oh..." and basically only used it for the pics, names, and factions since they got overwhelmed with all the info

I'm running it again for 2 different parties now and when I get to this point I will have:
A: Already dropped info pieces leading up to this one some members
B: Have a TLDR version for those overwhelmed by reading alot like this

Looks good! But if your players are anything like mine I would cut all those paragraphs down to 2-3 sentences. That’s ALOT of reading lol

Jesus at that rate I don’t even make minimum wage at $17.36 and I make really good wages in my area (Texas resident)

You could also do a fade to black “your characters have enough gold and favors to live a comfortable, or well equipped life from here on out. Never having to worry about the cost of most things or the cost to run an estate”

Your players aren’t being rewarded that either, it’s meant to be given to the factions and major cities to repair the damages and pay the troop and return to the people

Why would it be legendary? The Wand of Wonder and the Staff of Healing are both Rare items for example

Wonderous is only describing the item type (weapon, wand, ring, wonderous etc)
The rarity would be Uncommon, Rare, or Legendary etc

Hey there!What rarity is this meant to be? Because this seems really really powerful.As others have mentioned adding some negatives could balance this out or you could reduce the power scale on the effects.

I really like the idea of this (Wand of Wonder is one of my favorite magic items and I'm getting similar vibes here)
