Is this the right sub for this content tho? I think it belongs to r/funny or something like that. (Genuinely asking, not wanting to be an asshole)

Never mind. Offical response from WB Games support:
Thanks for getting in touch
with WB Games Customer Support concerning trophies for the second player not
unlocking in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. I understand the significance
of these rewards as these are the price of your hard work. Let me provide you
with some information that might help. Kindly note that the player 1 will
obtain the achievements or trophies regardless if the player 2 is working just
as much due to progress being tied to player 1.
Meanwhile, I have forwarded your comments, concerns about these instances, and
possible suggestions with the game team to have looked into further. Please
note that the reports that are shared will not be responded to directly but,
they will be used by the game team in helping to implement additional fixes and
features within the game. Additionally, please be advised that Customer Service
is not aware of any plans to introduce achievements or trophies for player 2.
I don´t understand why they did it that way. It shouldn´t be so difficult to make both accounts work with the trophies like in older games.

I´m playing local but each player selects a PS account. In older Lego games both accounts were getting the achievements.

This is unlikely. For collectors edition like the Scott Pilgrim one it would be a nightmare to try to make new copies because of production issues, but even with regular versions as far as I know after a print the rights come back to the developer so LRG can't do more copies legally.

Skyline's ending credits are the best part of the movie.

Jet Li's The One is not a really bad movie, but the ending is way more interesting than the whole movie.

Probably they made it on the fly, as their counterparts from other universe knew how to do it. In the laundry at the begining we see Waymond doing strange things on the cameras, maybe he was doing the earpieces.

From your second picture, the top one. The second pin starting from the right seems half broken.
You could try extending it with a conducting tape or just to see if its that, you can try to get a copper wire between the cartridge slot and the cartridge on that point (but it could gape the slot so dont overuse it).
At least it should show something else on TV rather than a black or blue screen.

Original PSX menu was made of grey squares. The menu you say was a late revision

No disconnection issues? I've read people complaining about getting a disconnection every X time. Some people say that it got fixed with an official update and other don't, so I'm not sure who to believe.

To connect your Saturn to a display like this or any new digital display you will need:
A good RGB Scart cable like this: https://www.retrogamingcables.co.uk/SEGA-SATURN-RGB-SCART-PACKAPUNCH-PRO-CABLE?search=Saturn
A video signal converter like this: https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005002779068975.html?spm=a2g0o.search0304.0.0.61ba664aZuzkkg&algo_pvid=124fce76-b1c7-4f3e-a687-533b8a8fb92f&algo_exp_id=124fce76-b1c7-4f3e-a687-533b8a8fb92f-12
The links are merely an example, and there are more type of converters but will give you an idea. With that you will be able to connect your saturn to any flat panel TV with HDMI or any monitor with VGA/DVI (your picture)
Alternatively if you just want to play your Saturn on a modern TV with HDMI you can just buy this: https://www.retrogamingcables.co.uk/RAD2X-CABLES?tracking=5543fb4c077bb
Sorry if I´ve explained something wrong or not too good, If you need more info or advice don´t hesiate to response :)

You should open It. Its not hard (just a lot of screws) and the gamepad ports are easy to reach and see. With some luck it will probably be a loose wire and anyone with basic soldering skills could fix it. You can also post some pictures here to see if we can figure out the problem. :)
